NINJA MAN - GOLD TEETH, GUN TEETH DON GORGON

        Desmond Ballentine more popularly known as, Ninja Man is still imprisoned after he was charged along with his son and another man for the murder of 20-year-old Ricardo Johnson. November has made it eight months since the  Deejay has been jailed. Ninja Man’s lawyer has made several requests for bail, attempts prove futile.

On Tuesday March 16, 2009 at about 11:15 a.m., it is alleged that three men departed from a car who immediately fired several shots at another man who managed to escaped. However, Mr. Johnson who was standing at his gate got hit by a stray bullet, he was then immediately rushed to the Kingston Public Hospital but died while undergoing treatment.

       Jahvinci of the Portmore Empire was beaten by Vybz Kartel, or so it is rumored. It is said Jah vinci has been unhappy with the way the empire is being operated and has made remarks about leaving.  Jah vinci, since he was signed to the Portmore Empire has released numerous hits such as “WHATCH YU FRIENDS’, “JAH GUID ME” and “WIPE THOSE TEARS” which he felt like he has been under compensated for his hard work. Vybz Kartel was alerted on such remarks made by Jah vinci;  which led to Jah vinci being beaten by Vybz Kartel.

Jahvinci who’s real name is André Kirk Rhoden has denied such accusations, and talked highly of the Empire and Kartel.

Rumors have circulated that pictures were taken via camera phones of the incident, the public has been anxious to get a hold of it.

MR LEX

Christopher Palmer, popularly known as Mr. Lex, was arrested after a woman reported to the police that he sexually molested her.

Allegedly on Thursday night while the woman was in her room at a hotel in Queens, New York, the deejay forced himself on her. Mr. Lex was accosted by the police the following next morning. He has since been out on bail.

Mr. Lex is to appear in court to answer to charges against him on November 2^nd.

Dancehall artiste Blak Ryno whose real name is Romane Anderson spent a night in jail for an alleged attack on his neighbour at his Winchester Estate apartment. The popular singer was slapped with two charges of unlawful wounding and assault occasioning bodily harm as a result. Police say the incident stemmed from a dispute over unpaid water bills by the artiste.

Reports are that about 7:15 p.m. on Saturday, the complainant, who is chairman of the strata committee at the apartment complex, was in a long-standing dispute over unpaid water contributions, which is mandatory for residents.

It’s alleged that the altercation got ugly when the complainant was accused of damaging Black Ryno’s water pipes, resulting in loss of water to his home. Ryno and the complainant got into a heated argument where it is said Ryno kicked the complainant several times. The complainant is said to have received minor injuries such as cuts and bruises. 

A report was made to the Half-way-tree Police Station; Ryno was then arrested and charged. On arrival at the police station, and word got around that the detainee was none other than Black Ryno, there was uproar of the term ‘Gaza!’

 ”From yu hear dat u mus know a lie. Di non-payments cause by my landlord, and him (complainant) know that, but him want a reason fi come a style man caa him dun seh me as a ghetto yout nu fi deh deh (don’t belong there),” said the soft-spoken Ryno.

He also indicated that the police charged him based on the complainant’s report.

“From long time dis man a do tings fi try draw me out so him can do dis … all walk him dog come p—— pon mi mat regular an dem nastiness deh. Di ting did get physical after him walk come over my apartment, which is way down a corridor from his own, with his dog,” Ryno explained.

He continued, “Me have nothin’ gainst dogs, but dis one rush me, so mi ease (kick) him off wit mi foot in defence and dis man box me, so a suh di ting get physical … mi did mad seh him mash up mi water pipe dem yes. All police weh come fi arrest mi seh him wrong.”

Efforts to secure station bail for Ryno proved futile on Saturday night, as the complainant told police Ryno had threatened his life, so they decided to hold him for the night.

Former recording Bad Boy artist Jamal Barrow aka Shyne was set to be released from prison on Tuesday October, 6 2009, after he had served nine years of a 10-year sentence linked to a nightclub shooting in New York back in 2001, with Bad Boy label executive Mr. Sean P. Diddy Combs, and his then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. However, a MTV news representative confirmed Tuesday. “Shyne is currently in federal custody while his future immigration status is determined.” As a result his release will be on hold while officials determine whether or not Shyne should be deported back to Belize – native homeland. Trinidad Denies Bounty

Rodney ‘Bounty Killer’ Pryce was last Friday denied permission to enter Trinidad, without reason for the refusal.

Bounty amoung a number of Jamaican acts including Vybz Kartel; scheduled to perform at a show on Saturday night dubbed ‘Ceasefire’. All courtesies were extended to Kartel amoung the other artistes, but Bounty was sent home on the next plane.

Reports are that not even the promoter was given an explanation regarding the situation. I’m sure that promotion of the show was not a secret and the entire island must have known that the Killer was coming to town.

Esco Escapes Abduction

Esco from the now disbanded dancehall duo Leftside and Esco, is giving thanx for life. The artiste was held up at gunpoint at Vizion Plaza and had to fight for his life when he realised that the intention of the gunmen was to abduct him.

Esco, held at gun point , bargained for his life by offering the offenders money. Esco’s attemps proved futile as he was dragged down the stairs towards their vehicle , in attemps to abduct him. Esco was severely gunbutted over the right eye and beaten. However, he managed to escape and found refuge in the barber shop.

Busy Signal in Baby Mamma Drama

Busy Signal whose real name is Reanno Gordon, currently involved in ‘baby mother drama’. A youngirl by the name of Shantal Chin has made claims that Busy Signal is the father of her child and has been lacking in his responsiblities.

The young mother on serveral occassions has made attempts to contact Busy Signal on the matter but it seems he was just “busy”, she calls his phone but no answer. It is said the reason for the un- answered calls was due to Busy Signal thinking the child wasn’t his. Shantal requested a paternity test and results show that the probability of Gordon being the father is 99.9999 per cent.

According to the young mother Busy has still refused to answer her calls after the test results have shown he is the father. Shantal has since brought the matter to court and has been sent to Reanno Gordon aka Busy Signal.

The two are to appear for family counselling on October 7.
