Desmond Ballentine more popularly known as, Ninja Man is still imprisoned after he was charged along with his son and another man for the murder of 20-year-old Ricardo Johnson. November has made it eight months since the Deejay has been jailed. Ninja Man’s lawyer has made several requests for bail, attempts prove futile.
On Tuesday March 16, 2009 at about 11:15 a.m., it is alleged that three men departed from a car who immediately fired several shots at another man who managed to escaped. However, Mr. Johnson who was standing at his gate got hit by a stray bullet, he was then immediately rushed to the Kingston Public Hospital but died while undergoing treatment.
